• Introduce lean tools
• Provide an overview of administrative lean
• Using Value Stream Mapping, identify areas of waste within the office environment
• Apply lean tools to a progressive office-based lean simulation
• Periodic review of lean tools application throughout the simulation n During a day-end Q&A period, participants will have the opportunity to discuss administrative lean challenges in their organization
