Supervisor and Leadership Development
Change Partners, L.L.C. has pioneered a solution for companies in the northeast Georgia region who have committed to creating workcultures of high performance but do not have a reliable, affordable source of developing front-line leadership and middle management. Designed by sponsoring companies, participants come together from their unique plant environments to share the challenges they face as supervisors in the radically changing world of manufacturing. Launched in Athens in 1997 as a year-long, 12-course program, Change Partners has now responded to a similar demand for supervisor training in the Newton/Rockdale county area. Hosted by FiberVisions, the Covington-area Supervisor and Leadership Development Program launched in April, 2003.
