Purpose:

Planning Successful Employee Performance provides you with an effective system to implement performance planning. It will help you set employee expectations and provide the means by which you can evaluate employee performance. This guidebook also will introduce you to the Performance Planning Model, and it will guide you through its four easy-to-apply steps.

Planning Successful Employee Performance will benefit anyone who is concerned with, or responsible for, the performance of individuals. It is written for team leaders, executives, managers, supervisors, administrators, human resource personnel, and trainers. Personnel with nonprofit organizations and government agencies will also benefit from modeling the techniques found in this book.
