Workshop PPP Statement

Purpose:

To help individuals better understand their own behavior and the behavior of direct reports or others with whom they work using the DiSC Personal Profile System. The DiSC Profile provides a comprehensive series of printed reports that offers a great deal of insightful information related to communication and relationships in the workplace.

By the end of this eight-hour session, participants will be able to:

Identify personal strengths and opportunities for improvement
Learn how to strengthen peer relationships
Gain understanding of others with whom they work both internally and externally
Gain insight on the needs and expectations of team members or customers
Practice understanding, accepting and respecting differences in their day-to-day interactions with others
