A Leadership Development Program Coalition: Covington and Athens Supervisor Programs Designed by sponsoring companies, participants come together from their unique plant environments to share the challenges they face as supervisors in the radically changing world of manufacturing. Launched in Athens in 1997 as a year-long, 12-course program, Change Partners has now responded to a similar demand for supervisor training in the Newton/Rockdale county area. Hosted by FiberVisions, the Covington-area Supervisor and Leadership Development Program launched in April, 2003. Public Workshops / Seminars

Our training workshops can be both career-building and reputation-building. We have conducted one day public workshops facilitated by nationally and internationally-recognized experts over the range of lean topics, from Culture Change and Lean Conversion to Lean Accounting to Process Lean. Every workshop will give you the opportunity to observe the performance of others, giving feedback and receiving intense instruction and performance feedback yourself. As each of our workshops draws from a regional and national range of companies, you will have the opportunity to engage with participants from diverse companies and backgrounds.
