Change Partners, L.L.C. has been in the organizational training and development world for many years and has had the opportunity to pioneer a number of Breakthrough Thinking processes that have gained national and international attention. In support of that effort, a network of Human Resource Professionals was initiated to get to know each other, to share best practices, and to share our knowledge of designing workculture in an increasingly more demanding global economy.

The first meeting took place on September 1, 1999 when 12 local professionals met from manufacturing & service Industries at the Change Partners' offices. Participating companies have included ABB, Holiday Inn, FiberVisions, CertainTeed, Oliver Rubber, First American Bank & Trust, Avanondale Mills & Roper Pump…just to name a few. A typical meeting consists of a speaker on a topic and then a sharing of best practices on that topic. An interactive process is used with the participants to determine topics and speakers.
