Mr. Carton has over 20 years of experience and demonstrated achievements in Human Resources, Training, and Organizational Development. Don has outstanding facilitation skills and excellent team building, problem solving, budgeting, and leadership skills. He specializes in those skills needed to manage the human resource function in any organization.

Mr. Carton received his undergraduate degree in English Literature, cum laude, and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
